1. Shipping Responsibility
- All products listed on ANTVI are shipped by independent vendors.
- ANTVI is not directly responsible for shipping delays or logistics issues.
- Vendors are required to provide timely and accurate dispatches, and we actively monitor compliance.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times vary by vendor, location, and courier partner, but typically range between 4–10 business days.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days depending on the shipping zone or remote areas.
3. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If your order is not delivered within 15 business days, please contact support@antvi.in with your Order ID.
- If a vendor fails to dispatch within the stated period, ANTVI may cancel the order and initiate a refund.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses are not eligible for guaranteed delivery.
4. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or number (if provided by the vendor).
- You may receive delivery updates via email or SMS, depending on the vendor and courier partner.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on vendor location, shipping method, and delivery destination.
- Some vendors may offer free shipping or flat rates. This will be visible at checkout.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours with photos and video proof.
- If a package is lost in transit and cannot be recovered, a replacement or refund will be processed after investigation and vendor approval.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, ANTVI primarily serves domestic Indian addresses.
- International shipping may be supported in the future based on vendor capabilities.
