1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- To cancel, please email us at support@antvi.in with your Order ID.
2. Refunds
ANTVI is a multi-vendor marketplace. We act as a facilitator between vendors and customers. Hence:
- ANTVI is not liable for product quality or refunds directly.
- Refunds are subject to the individual vendor’s refund and return policy.
- A refund may be granted under the following conditions:
- Wrong or defective product received
- Product damaged during shipping
- Product not delivered within 15 working days
To initiate a refund request:
- Contact us within 12hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
- Refunds will be processed once the vendor verifies and approves your claim
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Perishable goods, personal care items, and digital products
- Items returned without proper approval
4. Return Shipping
- If approved, customers may need to return the product to the vendor’s address.
- In such cases, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
5. Dispute Resolution
- All refund disputes are between the customer and the vendor.
- ANTVI Organic will assist but does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly approved by the vendor.
